Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment you are required to provide 24 hours advance notice. This ensures that you will not be charged for the missed appointment. If we are closed [or on a busy weekend] please ring 01323 738738 and leave a voicemail for our reception staff to pick up at their earliest convenience. We thank you for your cooperation.

Skin Testing

WHY is it so important?

It is so important to have skin tests 48 hours prior to any colour service… whether that be for hair or beauty services (eyelash/brows tints). Here at strands it’s important for us to test all new and current clients in order to keep you safe from reactions! 


Please Allow 48 hours before any colouring services to help ourselves and you!
